they blamed me for slow in validation debugging and had knowledge gap in the test framework.
but one engineer Ahmed from their team proactively created a working session with me to debug together.
this explains:
* I'm not slow in debugging/validation
* the test framework has gap in supporting new cases
then Friday their manager escalated again to my manager
I'm slow.
with this working session, I have people proving that I'm doing fine.
he complimented me a little bit as well
how amazing!
without the other engineer joining the session, I have only myself to explain;
as a new engineer, this is less persuasive
