情况就明显好一些

2023 九月工作危机

 老板给的feedback和之前完全不一样

之前什么也不要求，现在开始要求了

好像态度很不好，不确定他是不是想赶人走

好几个manager走了，新director也在搞人，不知道是不是在想办法砍人

有几种解决：

1.呆在现在组努力

2.换组到bryan组

3.接受amazon offer

4.赶紧找新offer

最终还是自己努力，把努力show给老板看

找feedback问题：

他不注意我做什么，我做的太少，我做的他不看重

同时也有想神已经看顾了以前这么多情况，这次也一定看顾（虽然不一定是留职）

但是心理的信心并不坚定，心里有盘算其他解决好不好（属世的标准）

结果老板开始给正面肯定

感谢神的对工作的拯救

要继续祷告，依靠神

要坚定信心，不要靠属世聪明

也要努力工作

A series of blessing during single at seattle

 1. arrived at wallace fall around 3pm. and decided to climb 4miles. already late. God made the whole hiking safe

2. forgot to bring bear bell for the trip. but it turned out that the bell is in the backpack. the bell plays an important role for the safe trip

3. while driving on highway, was looking down to cellphone. it turned out to be safe

4. while driving on U2, need to turn left on a redlight. but was thinking of turning right.

right before the traffic light, was still driving 40+ miles, switched lane from the right all the way to the left turn lane. forgot to check blind spot, and there was some car in the left lane behind

God plan is greater than yours

Timothy's math placement

At BC, I have made so many mistakes

about whether to go to level 2 directly

and 

what preparation is needed to go to level 3 after completing level 1

I was very stressful about whether timothy can learn at a good level

also time is wasting for grade 1

timothy is not truly qualified for level 3 after completing grade 1, because i didn't give him abundant practice on addition and subtraction speed

keep in mind: if the teacher makes a decision that he go to level 2, it is totally reasonable

 on May 22/2023, God still gave him the opportunity to study for level 3

actually the school could deny him 

but it was God who made this possible

i had so much worry about this; but God made the way

God's plan is more than the result itself.

Through the process, God taught me to 

negotiate with wife

negotiate with children, understand their mood, and find a way to have him study to the right amount

把孩子的整个学业和生命交托, don't rely on your own wisdom; rely on God's plan

be obedient in God's plan, even if sometimes the current situation seems tough for you

also take a practice to ask about timothy's daily life and pray with him every night

also, God has shown his great grace.

i'm still weak in my faith in him

but he didn't reject me
