at beginning of 2021, we are quite busy
baby has skin issue
new half in FB has only 4.5 months to work
challenging project in a new domain
so I should have delayed interviewing until everything settled
but i got tempted by recruiters and worried bad impression in their head
so started preparation of interview during mi Dec 2020
originally hoping get some offer quickly and have some months for rest
but it turned out all first interviews failed, which got me more nervous
during the period, i did question god, got anxious and angry
also put lots of labor and psychological pressure onto Grace
during March or Apr, I seem to hear god's voice that I will get offer in June
during the period, among so many failures, I felt uncertain about this voice
Hallelujah, finally got offers in June
not too demanding or busy in the new position
and reached my target compensation of 500k in one transition
learning:
1) God's nutrition is always abundant
2) God's promise will always come true
3) we should always rely on God for real joy and peace
4) we should obey more, and avoid pursuing our own way
