one of my config diff got accepted
recently all config diff can't be landed through normal web based flow
after clicking landing you won't receive an email that the diff is landed
so i tried to arc land
then it complains not accepted yet
so i arc pull
then the diff disappeared in my repo
i can't arc patch it or hg co it and then land
it always complain can't land a public diff
i recall God's words: don't complain; keep faith that God is aware of this and ok with it; He also always gives us a way through
Then when I revisited the diff web page, I found the diff has landed, even if i didn't receive the email.
God's words are real.

one of my work has defects
my first react is to hide it, don't let people talk about it
but later in the week, God reminds me I should go ahead and fix it
so I drive a meeting to agree on our approach, and have DS improve it
during transferring to a new team, the new team's manager checked my code diffs without notifiying me
the most recent code diffs are all about morse
luckily the team mates have a high standard for test cases, which made the diffs look good
without their strong quality attitude, i would deliver some garbage diff and they would be seen by the hiring manager
what exact time to transfer between team is tricky
if before PSC is settled, then your rating may be affected
it used to be when PSC is over, then immediately transfer freezed
but this year, PSC end date is Aug 1 and transfer freeze is until Aug 6, leaving enough time for me to talk about the transfer

found others are driving and reached out to me for discussion
my weak belief made me felt bad
but actually it is an opportunity for me to start driving and influencing
and it turned out this way
